In Fohlio you can apply filters to project sheets to filter out certain items, you can filter by multiple columns at once, follow the steps to find how.

Click on Filter from your Project Sheets:
2. Here you can add 1 or several filters!

Select the Column you want to Filter and the conditions of the filter, then fill the blank box of the keyword you want to filter.
3. Click on Search and look at your filtered Project Sheets.
Example:
I am looking to filter Project Sheets by Purchase Order Status and I would like to know how many Approved projects to date.
I would then proceed to customize my filter this way:
