Tutorial #3: Update Library Products and Publish Updates
After you update a library item, you should Publish the Updates. The changes you made to the library items are published, and they can be Approved/Rejected by somebody who has the permissions in the project itself.

Select multiple items in the Internal Library.

Click on the “Publish” button in the top right corner.

Select the Projects where you want to Publish the Updates.

Click “Publish”
Pro tip: You can also publish updates for one single product, using the item menu > “Publish Updates”.
On the Active Projects, a Notification will appear for the people to review Updates coming from the Internal Library.

Click on “Review” in the notification.

Check the updates and decide to update or reject each item.
Pro tip: You can update/reject all items in bulk. -
Your action feeds back into the Internal Library column “Active in”.
Pro tip: If you accidentally (or not) close the updates panel, you can open it again any time from the “Edit” menu, using the “Review Internal Library Updates” option. As long as there are pending updates to review.
