Browser Settings for Web Clipper

Easily capture products from supplier websites into your Fohlio project by ensuring your browser is properly set up for the Web Clipper.

 If you’re already logged into Fohlio but the Web Clipper still asks you to sign in, your browser may be blocking certain permissions or may not be recognizing your active Fohlio session.

🧭 Chrome Setup

    1. Open Chrome and go to: chrome://settings/cookiesOr, open Settings and search for “Third-party cookies”.
    2. Make sure Block third-party cookies is turned OFF.
    3. Return to the supplier website and try using the Web Clipper again.

    The Web Clipper should now recognize that you are signed in to your Fohlio account.

Pro tip 💡: If you continue experiencing issues, try restarting your browser or clearing your cache before clipping again.

 🔄 If the Web Clipper Still Does Not Recognize Your Session

If the Web Clipper still asks you to sign in after updating your browser settings:

  1. Go back to a Fohlio tab where you are already logged in.
  2. Open the Web Clipper from the Fohlio tab.
  3. Refresh the Fohlio tab.
  4. Return to the supplier website.
  5. Open the Web Clipper again.

This helps the Web Clipper reconnect to your active Fohlio session.
