Replacing Team Members
How to switch out a current teammate with a new one
From the left Main Menu go to Settings - User Management.
Step 1:
Under Roles and Access, make sure that the role you want to give to your new team member is configured correctly, also you can create a new one

Step 2:
Go to User List tab and click Replace for the current user you want to replace.

Type in the new user's email address

select their role
-
Select Projects you want to give access to, and what type of access (Edit, View , No access).

click Send Invite.
Your new teammate will receive an invitation in their email. After clicking on Accept Invitation, their name will appear in the list under Your Team. (If they ignore your invitation, they will not be added to the list.)
Important:
When you send an invitation to someone who doesn't have an account yet, an account will be automatically created for them, along with a password. They will not be asked to create a new account.
They will be asked to reset their password the next time they log in.
