How to Add Internal Users/New user to your team

How to add Internal Users to your workspace. Assign custom access, and create new roles if necessary. You have the control.

To access where you can add, remove or set roles.
From the Left Main Menu - Setting - User Management

Under Roles and Access, select a Role for your new Internal User.

Make sure the settings are configured to your liking. You may add a new, custom role if necessary.


Click on INTERNAL USER LIST, type in their email address, select their role, and then click Invite.

If your new team member doesn't have a Fohlio account yet, they will receive an email asking them to reset their password.

Important:
When you send an invitation to an internal user who doesn't have an account yet, an account will be automatically created for them, along with a password. They will not be asked to create a new account.

Once they accept your invitation, their name will appear on the list inside People > INTERNAL USER LIST.
